Before Service Commencement: Clients may request a cancellation of services prior to the initiation of any work. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered, deducting any administrative or preparatory costs incurred by Pixoflix.
After Service Commencement: Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted, and the full service fee is applicable.
